Jocelyn S. De Leon
16 years teaching geography in Manila
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Silverlake High School
- 1992 to 2001
- English, Filipino
I taught geography at Silverlake High School in Manila from 1992 to 2001. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

You taught me geography in 2005 at Silverlake High School. I still remember that terrible school play.

I was in your mixed-ability classes class in 1994. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Caloocan.
