Baking, done properly

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 1990 in Detroit and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 21 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Jocelyn: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
