Jocelyn Lamb
Engineering mentor, Birmingham
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Birmingham Foundation
- 2001 to 2014
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 490 people through Birmingham Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Jocelyn: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

I'm a farmer now. It started with one call with you. Greetings from Angeles.

You helped me get my first engineering job in 2024. I still have your notes. Truly.
