I taught mathematics and physical education at Los Angeles Boys' School, Los Angeles. I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 1,290 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Jocelyn
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Jocelyn: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
