Jocelyn J. Ramos

Martial arts and fitness coach, Laredo

  • 🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States
  • Silverlake Sports Club
  • 1980 to 2017
  • English, Spanish
I coached martial arts at Silverlake Sports Club from 1980 to 2017. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm learning the guitar. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Jocelyn

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
