Baking for 15 years in Sacramento

I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Sacramento, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Jocelyn
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
