Jocelyn Hernandez
Youth badminton coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States
- Pittsburgh Community Club
- 2006 to 2025
- English
For 19 years I ran the badminton program at Pittsburgh Community Club in Pittsburgh. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Jocelyn
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Jocelyn: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
