I teach physical education at New York Academy in New York since 1994. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Joaquín
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Joaquín: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
