Joaquín T. Macías
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Crescent Works
- Since 1993
- Spanish
I've worked in bicycle repair since 1993. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 1,680 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 14 years later for another job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Joaquín
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
