Joaquín N. Peña
Librarian at Bayview Reading Room
- 🇲🇽 Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Bayview Reading Room
- 1985 to 2014
- Spanish
For 29 years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Bayview Reading Room.
Some of my favorite visitors were children who came for the heating and stayed for the books.
More about Joaquín
I still remember the favorites of every regular.

What gifts mean to Joaquín: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
