Joaquín M. Quiroga
Volunteer mentor with León Association
- 🇲🇽 León, Guanajuato, Mexico
- León Association
- 1993 to 2016
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 620 people through León Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Joaquín
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

You helped me get my first trades job in 1998. I still have your notes. Greetings from Cần Thơ.
