I taught design and technology at Maple Ridge Boys' School in Córdoba from 1989 to 2014. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 1,400 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Joaquín
If you were in my Grade 8 class, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
