Joaquín Hernández
Tabla player and teacher in Ciudad de México
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Ciudad de México Choir
- Since 1990
- Spanish
I've played tabla since 1990, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Joaquín
If you ever danced at one of my shows, I hope it was a good night.
What gifts mean to Joaquín: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
