Joaquim Thiago Barbosa

Watercolor artist in Niterói

  • 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • The Niterói Art Collective
  • 1981 to 2000
  • Portuguese, French
I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes mural painting. My first show was in 1981 at The Niterói Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by my grandmother's kitchen. I sing in a choir. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Joaquim

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
