Joaquim Pedro Monteiro

Computer science and chemistry teacher, Guarulhos

  • 🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Hillcrest Academy
  • Since 1984
  • English, Portuguese
For 42 years I have been the computer science teacher at Hillcrest Academy. I teach first-year students and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Joaquim

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
