João Mateus Alves

Traditional drumming player and teacher in São Paulo

  • 🇧🇷 São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
  • Holy Cross Orchestra
  • Since 2011
  • English
I'm a musician from São Paulo. I've toured a little, taught a lot and played at more weddings than I can count. I take the work seriously, though not myself. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

More about João

I write my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
