Helping people break into farming
- 🇧🇷 Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- 2008 to 2024
- English, Portuguese
For 16 years I've mentored people in farming and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to João: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

I'm a small business owner now. It started with one call with you! Greetings from Amsterdam.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
