João André Almeida

Design mentor, Fortaleza

  • 🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil
  • Redwood Foundation
  • Since 1984
  • Portuguese
I'm a mentor in design. I've spent my career as a waiter and now give some of that back. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about João

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
