Joanna Konieczny
19 years teaching environmental science in Warsaw
- 🇵🇱 Warsaw, Masovia, Poland
- Warsaw Boys' School
- 1992 to 2014
- English, Polish
Warsaw Boys' School was my second home. I taught environmental science there from 1992 to 2014, mostly mixed-ability classes.
Over the years I had 950 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Joanna
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Joanna: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
