Jiro Takashi Yamada

Architecture lecturer, Since 2005

  • 🇯🇵 Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan
  • Oakwood College
  • Since 2005
  • Japanese
I've spent 21 years as a lecturer in architecture at Oakwood College in Setagaya. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. I'm still learning every day.

More about Jiro

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
