Jimena W. Contreras

Street food chef in Alcalá de Henares

  • 🇪🇸 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain
  • Old Queensway Grill
  • 1978 to 1986
  • Spanish
I've cooked from 1978 to 1986, first at home, then at Old Queensway Grill and later in my own kitchen. Food is how I say thank you. My recipes mostly come from my father. I garden badly but happily. Thank you for stopping by.
