Jimena S. González
Mentor in writing and farming

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through San Sebastián Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Jimena: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

You helped me get my first writing job in 2020. I still have your notes. Greetings from Jinja.
