Helping people break into leadership
- 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia
- Bogotá Learning Hub
- Since 1988
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,170 people through Bogotá Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Jimena
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
