I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Coatzacoalcos Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Jimena: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
