I taught biology and music at Silverlake High School, Bilbao. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 850 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
What gifts mean to Jimena: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
