Jihan Gita Saputra
Illustration artist in Magelang
- 🇮🇩 Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia
- The Mount Pleasant Print Workshop
- 2009 to 2022
- English, Indonesian
I work mostly in illustration, sometimes textiles. My first show was in 2009 at The Mount Pleasant Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I fix old bicycles.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Jihan
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to Jihan: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
