Teacher at Vancouver Primary School, loves art
- 🇺🇸 Vancouver, Washington, United States

I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 16 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Jie
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Jie: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
