I'm a glass art artist based in Kano. I've been making things since 2007 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
I also teach a weekly class at Parkside Studio, which keeps me honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Jide
I've had 6 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Jide: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
