Jide Bello Yakubu
Coached wrestling for 17 years in Zaria
- 🇳🇬 Zaria, Kaduna, Nigeria
- Elmwood Youth Club
- 2007 to 2024
- English
I coached wrestling at Elmwood Youth Club from 2007 to 2024. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Jide: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
