Jian Zhou
Volunteer mentor with Hamilton Learning Hub
- 🇨🇦 Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Hamilton Learning Hub
- Since 2004
- English, Mandarin
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 440 people through Hamilton Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Jian
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
