Jia Dong

Teacher at Valley View Grammar School, loves art

🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
Valley View Grammar School
1984 to 2012
English

I taught art at Valley View Grammar School in Bakersfield from 1984 to 2012. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits. I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Jia: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
