For ten years I ran the swimming program at Beacon Boxing Gym in Busan. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Ji-woo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Ji-woo: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
