I've coached rowing at Bengaluru Youth Club since 1992. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.

You coached me in 2000. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from San Jose.
