Jessica J. Lombard

Modern history lecturer, Since 2007

  • 🇿🇦 Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa
  • Since 2007
  • English
I teach modern history at Paarl Institute of Technology since 2007, and supervised 16 dissertations along the way. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I run most mornings. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Jessica

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.

What gifts mean to Jessica: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
