Jéssica Figueiredo
Retired astronomy lecturer
- 🇧🇷 Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Niterói University
- 2003 to 2016
- Portuguese
I taught astronomy at Niterói University from 2003 to 2016, and supervised 24 dissertations along the way.
I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
More about Jéssica
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Jéssica: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
