For 18 years I've run the gymnastics program at Duque de Caxias Meadowbank Boxing Gym in Duque de Caxias. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
Thank you for stopping by.
