Jerome R. Mercado
Small business mentor, Dasmariñas
- 🇵🇭 Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines
- 2003 to 2021
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 920 people through Dasmariñas Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Jerome: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
