Jerome C. Ramos
Volunteer mentor with Manila Community Trust
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Manila Community Trust
- 1981 to 2005
- English, Filipino
For 24 years I've mentored people in public speaking and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
