Jericho E. Quizon
Mentor in leadership and nursing
- 🇵🇭 Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
- Phoenix Foundation
- Since 2006
- English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 800 people through Phoenix Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Jericho
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Jericho: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
