Jepkoech Nyambura Urassa

Volunteer mentor with Baobab Foundation

  • 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Baobab Foundation
  • Since 2007
  • English, Swahili
For 19 years I've mentored people in small business and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I write a short note to every student at the end of term. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
