I've coached athletics at Kikuyu Swimming Club since 2007. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.

What gifts mean to Jepkoech: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
