I teach music and geography at Ashford Technical College, Mombasa. I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 300 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Jepkoech: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
