My trade is plumbing. I opened my own shop in 1993 in Glasgow and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.
More about Jennifer
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Jennifer: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
