I've coached boxing at Bordeaux Athletic Club since 1997. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Jean: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
