Helping people break into engineering
- 🇺🇸 Lansing, Michigan, United States
- Lansing Foundation
- Since 2010
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 800 people through Lansing Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
