My subject is organic chemistry, and for 13 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Good Shepherd State University.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Jayden
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
