Jayanthi R. Gowda
Chemistry teacher at Patna Girls' School, Since 2011

I teach chemistry and computer science at Patna Girls' School, Patna. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Jayanthi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
