Jayanthi Natarajan
Helping people break into farming
- 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Trinity Learning Hub
- 1989 to 2001
- English, Kannada
For twelve years I've mentored people in farming and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Jayanthi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Jayanthi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
