Jay G. Karandikar
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Little Maple Ridge Repairs
- 2010 to 2025
- English, Gujarati
My trade is bicycle repair. I opened my own shop in 2010 in Nagpur and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Jay
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Jay: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
