I've grown rice from 1980 to 2018, with a bit of goats on the side. I'm up before the sun most days.
I teach local school groups about where food comes from. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Jay: I'd put gifts toward a small storage shed.
